A New Era Is Loading...
Less business coaching. More creativity, soul expression, and community building.
Can you recall a time when something resonated with you so deeply and you couldn’t logically explain why?
I was recently reminded of how much I loved watching a program on the Oprah Winfrey Network called Super Soul Sunday. This was before spiritual social media and YouTube really took off.
Before I had a variety of spiritual podcasts and memberships to turn to, where I could be nourished by the mystical and metaphysical content that I love so much.
One of my all-time favorite episodes of Super Soul Sunday featured an author named Panache Desai. During his interview, he shared about his book, Discovering Your Soul Signature.
I still remember taking copious notes on that episode with my favorite colorful, felt-tip markers and feeling emotional at different points throughout the conversation because he was describing things that felt deeply true to me. And some part of me felt profoundly affirmed and understood by hearing them.
This episode aired in February 2013, about four years before I ever heard about Human Design and before I started falling deeper in love with Astrology.
But something about this conversation around the transformative power of energy, releasing societal conditioning, and embracing every part of who you are spoke directly to my soul.
Fast forward to today, and I’m launching a new program that is all about creativity and soul expression, and I couldn’t be more excited (!!!)
(You can learn more about Summer of Soul Expression here.)
I’ve been in a nearly two-year cycle of contraction and growing pains in both my life and business. During that time, I’ve been doing some deep personal healing and shedding.
Now that this cycle is wrapping up, I’m beginning to connect the dots and understand what this season has been trying to teach me. It’s so annoyinggg how we can only appreciate these things in retrospect, because there have definitely been some tough moments along the way.
What I can see more clearly now is that I’ve been clearing stuck emotions, as well as personal and ancestral trauma from my body and energy field, so that more of my creativity and authenticity can shine through.
It hasn’t been an easy process. In fact, it’s been very somatic and wildly uncomfortable. The symptoms that my body and soul delivered to help me slow down and take my healing more seriously manifested as fatigue, as well as, pain and discomfort throughout the right side of my body.
This sent me on a journey of exploring a variety of healing modalities, including somatic experiencing, acupuncture, energy healing, and working with flower essences.
(Linking my beloved healing guides here: Somatic Experiencing with Liv, Energy Healing with Robyn, Flower Essences from Madison, Acupuncture with Sarah and Dexter)
Initially, I was relating to my healing journey with urgency and pressure. I wanted to crack the case and find the most effective strategy to clear this pain as quickly as possible.
It wasn’t until more than a year into this experience that I felt myself begin to soften. To let go of needing a certain result, within a certain time frame.
And it was after that point that I noticed the physical pain start to lessen and shift.
I was on a walk in the park one day when an illuminating question landed in my mind:
What if this experience has been presented to me to help me learn how to listen to myself more deeply, and uncover how to heal on these physical, energetic, and spiritual levels—so that one day I might support others in doing the same?
What I’m now coming to understand is that this experience was guiding me to let go of control and hypervigilance and open myself to receiving more from others and from life itself.
Because of this healing experience, I can feel my identity evolving at a rapid pace. It feels like there are so many aspects of me that are changing and evolving that I can hardly keep up.
The direction of my business, and where my highest excitement lives, is a big part of this shift.
I’m no longer feeling as excited about centering business coaching in my work. It may still be something I offer in the future, but likely in a different way.
Right now, what feels clear is that I’m being pulled toward teaching about creativity, spirituality, and community building, while also dedicating time to singing and songwriting.
I’m eager to deepen my own practices around creative embodiment and intuitive development, and I want to share that exploration with others.
Which brings me to my newest offering: Summer of Soul Expression.
Because the truth is, I don’t think I’m the only person who’s spent so much of their life trying to force clarity, productivity, creativity, or healing.
I believe that all of us are carrying beautiful ideas, gifts, and creative impulses that are waiting for a little more space, safety, and permission to emerge.
Summer of Soul Expression is a six-week journey for people who want to reconnect with their creativity, intuition, and authentic self-expression.
Think of it as a creative summer camp for your soul.
Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, conditioning, and patterns that keep us disconnected from our creative essence. We’ll experiment with practices that help us access more joy, play, embodiment, and trust. And most importantly, we’ll create, not from pressure or performance, but from a deeper relationship with ourselves.
We’ll gather twice each week:
Tuesday evenings (7pm-8pm est) are for learning, reflection and deconditioning
Sundays morning (10am-12pm est) are for creative practice, experimentation, and bringing our ideas to life.
If you’ve been craving more creativity, more aliveness, more connection to yourself, or simply a supportive community to create alongside, I’d love to have you join us.
Doors open TODAY and will remain open through June 29.
The investment is $444 paid in full or 10 interest-free payments of $44.
This program feels deeply personal to me because it’s emerging directly from what I’ve been living, learning, and healing over the last few years and I cannot wait to gather with those who feel called to be part of it!
And if you’re feeling the gentle nudge of resonance, the kind you can’t quite explain logically, but know somewhere deep in your bones, I’d love for you to join us.
With joy and gratitude,
Elyse
